We have several Idlewild residents that are looking for a sponsor. Give the gift of support – with your help you can ensure that your resident has the enrichment and food they need. By sponsoring one of our animals, you will be helping with their care directly. We use every penny of your adoption donation for the care of our animals.
As a registered charity we fully rely on donations for all areas of our work including rescuing animals, rehabilitating and educating about animals.Many of the Idlewild residents need life long care and with your sponsorship they can live a happy comfortable life at the Idlewild Animal Sanctuary. Our special sponsor packs are only £60 per year!

Idlewild Animal Sanctuary
Idlewild Animal Sanctuary is a registered charity (#1163184) that provides care to a variety of animals providing Rescue, Rehabilitation, Release and Rehoming. We provide a safe haven for abandoned and unwanted animals at our Sanctuary in the Conwy Valley.
You can book a sanctuary holiday at our farmhouse, Pen Bryn Twrw – nestled on the grounds of the Idlewild Animal Sanctuary, 100% of rental is donated to the care of our animals.

Our charity status was obtained in August 2015 and, through this rigorous process, we have demonstrated our commitment to ensure all animals in our care receive the highest level of care, attention and support to lead happy, healthy lives.

Please help us save animals in need today! As a registered charity we rely on fundraising and donations to be able to rescue, rehabilitate and rehome animals in need. We now have over 230 rescue animals here at Idlewild Animal Sanctuary, many who require life-long medication and care. Thanks to supporters like you we’ve been able to adapt our services and keep them running. Your generosity has meant that we can continue to rescue animals in need.

Cat adoption.
We have several cats and kittens that are looking for a forever home. Home-checks and adoption fees apply when adopting a cat or kitten from Idlewild Animal Sanctuary. Please complete the Cat Matching Form so we can best place our cats in the most suitable homes.
Volunteer.
The Idlewild Animal Sanctuary is run by our dedicated Sanctuary Manger Kim. We also have a team of volunteers that volunteer here at the Sanctuary. If you are interested in volunteering, please get in touch.

We have an Amazon Wishlist. You can purchase our most needed items and they will be delivered directly to the Idlewild Animal Sanctuary. We always need cat and kitten food due to our cat rescues.
